Lots of things have changed over the past month:
1 - I stopped taking my anti-depressants (my dr doesn't know yet...opps)
2 - My hormones are slowly getting back on track.
3 - I have fallen in love with spinning. Last week math boy was in Amsterdam, so I was able to do what I wanted with the kids. I decided to take a spinning class, and left them in the gym's child care area. They had a blast, and I did too. I have done 4 spinning classes since then, and can't wait to do my next one. I wonder if this is the type of cardio that will impact my body.
4 - I have canceled my WW membership as I had not lost a pound since March with tracking.
5 - I slowly getting frustrated with my inability to fit into my pants from pre-surgery last summer.
6 - Nevin is almost fully potty trained.
Things are good. Too hot - but good. Now if I could just get down those inches, life to be perfect :)
Have a healthy day

You know coming off anti-depressants (especially if you go cold turkey) can be risky, and shouldn't be done without your doctors supervision, right...?
