i spent all day out in the sun on sunday planting a bunch of different things...geraniums, marigolds and a bunch of other things that i have no idea what they are...they look good and fit in with the amount of sun that i have...soon i'll be able to enjoy my lettuce and i'm patiently waiting for my tomatoes...next year i'm going to go for the hanging cherry tomatoes...they grow quicker....
so saturday was great...priya had her 2k race and did great...she placed 26 out of 35...check out the stats and photos...

we followed that up with gymnastics, a family fun day - put on my the cardinal creek associate (which is our local neighbourhood association) and drinks at the neighbours...i ran/walked about 8K and had a blast...you already know how sunday went...but all this changed on monday...
so monday i woke up feeling awful and so did brian...i was happy that we already had an appointment with the dr, turns out it's just a cold for both of us...nevin on the hand...well it turns out the cough that started after last wednesday's appointment is probably asthma - but she listened to his lungs and sent him to get x-rays done...she said "go today and i'll see you next week"...i'm probably reading too much into this...right...but i'm worried...we have an appointment on monday so we';ll see what they say...i can't think about it...if it's anything serious then they'll call earlier...
okay gotta' go and watch i'm a celebrity get me outta' here...i know...i know...
